THE STORY

Behind Milkkchai.

We, we, we — you always hear and read that. But who is we? Infact, it's just me (and occasionally my sisters). I’m Ayesha, the founder of MilkkChai.

I started MilkkChai because I love a really good drink. The kind that makes you pause mid-sip and go, okay… that’s good. I wanted to create that same feeling for other people. Duh.

Because let’s be honest — spending money on a drink and being disappointed? That hurts a little. Cutting corners isn’t an option here. You and me? Oh we both deserve drinks full of flavour, made with quality ingredients, by a joocy enthusiast.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are your drinks halal?

Yes! All Milkkchai drinks are made using halal ingredients and prepared in a halal kitchen. We do not use alcohol, gelatine, or pork-derived ingredients in any of our products.

How far in advance do I need to book?

All bookings require at least 7 days’ notice.

Can I book with less than 7 days’ notice?

Last-minute bookings may be considered subject to availability.

If you require service within 7 days, please submit an enquiry or send us a dm.

If we are able to accommodate your request, the following rush fees apply:

• 72–24 hours’ notice: $100 rush fee

• Under 24 hours’ notice: $150–$200 rush fee (depending on order size and availability)

*Rush bookings are not guaranteed and are assessed based on schedule capacity.

What areas do you service?

Tea station bookings are available within 40km of Green Valley, NSW.

Bookings beyond 20km may incur additional travel fees.

We currently service Sydney and Greater Western Sydney only.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?

Yes. Bottled drink delivery requires a minimum order of $70.

Alternatively you can Pick Up from Green Valley.

How long do bottled drinks last?

Our bottled drinks are fresh-brewed and sealed in small batches.

For best quality, they should be kept refrigerated and consumed within max 2-3 days of pickup or delivery.

Do you offer customised drink menus for events?

Yes. We offer tailored menus for bookings based on your event type and preferences. Custom flavours may be available upon request.

Do you require a deposit?

No. All Bookings are to be paid in full payment at the time of ordering.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?

50% of the paid booking total is the Deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date (subject to availability) if notice is provided in advance.

Do you provide staff for events?

Live Serviced Carts include service staff for the duration of the booking. Depending on the size of the event, an attendant for the Cart may be required for service assistance.

Live DIY Stations are self sufficient and staff is only available at setup/pick up.

Bottled drink orders are delivery or pickup only, unless a display setup add-on is selected.
